Choosing your lash style
We offer Classic, Hybrid, Russian and Volume sets so the look is genuinely yours. Classic adds one extension per natural lash for a defined, mascara-effect finish. Hybrid mixes classic and volume lashes for texture and a fluffier look. Russian and Volume sets use ultra-fine fans of multiple lashes for serious density and drama. Not sure which to pick? Tell your artist the vibe you want and they will recommend the curl, length and style that flatters your eye shape.
A set tailored to your eyes
Good extensions are about more than just sticking on lashes. Your artist maps the set to your eye shape — longer in the outer corner for a lifted, cat-eye effect, or evenly graduated for a rounded, doll-eye finish. Length and curl are chosen to suit your natural lashes so the extensions feel comfortable and never look heavy or fake unless that is exactly what you asked for.
What the appointment involves
You lie back comfortably with your eyes closed while your artist isolates each natural lash and bonds an extension to it. A full set is meticulous work and takes around ninety minutes to two hours depending on the style. It is completely painless — most clients fall asleep. Because the application is so precise, it is worth allowing the full time rather than rushing it.
Refills and how long extensions last
Your natural lashes shed on their own cycle, taking extensions with them, so a set gradually thins over time. To keep them looking full, we recommend a refill every two to three weeks, which is quicker and cheaper than a brand-new set. Looked after well, regular refills mean you can stay in lashes indefinitely. Leave it too long between refills and you will need a fresh full set.
Caring for your lash extensions
Keep them dry for the first 24 to 48 hours while the adhesive fully cures. After that, avoid oil-based cleansers and makeup removers, do not pick or rub at them, and brush them gently each morning with the spoolie we give you. Sleeping on your back or a silk pillowcase helps them last longer. Treat them kindly and you will get the full life out of every set.
Frequently asked questions
How long do eyelash extensions last?
A full set lasts the length of your natural lash cycle, gradually thinning as lashes shed. With a refill every two to three weeks you can keep them looking full continuously. Without refills, expect a set to noticeably reduce after about three to four weeks.
What is the difference between Classic, Hybrid and Volume lashes?
Classic applies one extension per natural lash for a defined, mascara-like look. Volume uses fine fans of multiple lashes for density and drama. Hybrid blends both for a textured, fluffy finish. Your artist will recommend the right style for your eyes and the look you want.
Do eyelash extensions damage your natural lashes?
Applied correctly by a trained artist, extensions do not damage your natural lashes because each one is bonded to a single lash without weighing it down. Damage usually comes from picking or rubbing, so gentle aftercare and proper refills keep your natural lashes healthy.
Which Brisbane locations offer eyelash extensions?
