Welcome to www.gbsalon.com.au (“the Site”), operated by Khana Peena Pty Ltd trading as InStyle Glamour Beauty Salon (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using or accessing this Site, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site or our services.
All orders are accepted and handled in accordance with the conditions below, and customers accept these conditions by using the Site.
Please be mindful that for clients aged 16 or 17, parental or guardian consent is required before any services can be performed. InStyle Glamour Beauty Salon reserves the right not to provide services to anyone under the age of 16.
Governing Law
This Site is operated from a secure facility in Australia. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. By using the Site, you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia, and waive any jurisdictional or venue defences that may otherwise apply.
Revisions to Terms
We may update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time, at our sole discretion. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site will constitute your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree, your sole remedy is to discontinue using the Site.
Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
From time to time, information on our Site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to service descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any such errors at any time, without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.
We are not obligated to update or clarify information on the Site, except where required by law.
Fees and Payments
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST, unless otherwise specified. Prices shown on the Site are current at the time of display but may change at any time without notice and are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking or order at our sole discretion. This includes the right to limit services that appear to be part of reselling or fraudulent activity. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at the time of booking.
Refund Policy
All service sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any treatments. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please speak to the salon manager within 24 hours of your appointment. While we do not offer refunds, we’ll do our best to resolve your concerns.
Retail Purchases
All retail product sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on product purchases unless required by law (e.g. faulty or damaged items).
Complaints
We aim to provide high-quality service at every appointment. If you are unhappy with your experience, please bring it to our attention within 24 hours so we can address it. Complaints received after this period may not be actioned.
Prepayments
In certain cases, we may require a full or partial prepayment to secure your booking or walk-in service. This policy exists to protect our team and business due to past incidents of no-shows, cancellations, and theft. Your understanding is appreciated.
